Order Processing Time

All orders placed with Tinkercito will be processed, crafted, and fulfilled within 12-48 hours from the date of order confirmation. This includes weekends and holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed it will be shipped to the provided shipping address. Shipping typically takes 7 to 12 business days, with a standard processing time of 12 to 48 hours, depending on your location within Australia.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and the total weight of the order. Any promotions or discounts on shipping will be applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

International Shipping

Tinkercito currently ships within Australia and to select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations and Modifications

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@tinkercito.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed and fulfilled, we will not be able to cancel it.

If you need to make any changes to your order (such as updating the shipping address or adding/removing items), please contact our customer service team at support@tinkercito.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
